We will post fitness tips that will help with your paddling from local Maryland Fitness professionals like Dawn Ehman of OC Sup and Fitness. These tips will be a lot of on land exercises that will help with your paddling as well as some on water moves. Cross-training off the water is a very important part of paddle racing, so try some of these on your own at home or your local gym!! All these exercises will use common equipment you can find at most gyms.
