Mary K. Benney – RYT, RPYT, certified paddle board instructor
Always preferring an active lifestyle, Mary K. was initially drawn to yoga as just another alternative to breaking a sweat and getting in a great workout. What she didn’t expect to feel after that first class was a craving to explore and learn more about the ancient and beautiful bodywork that now provides the framework for a life she feels passionate and excited about living.
Mary K. brings to the mat a laid-back and playful approach, wanting to make yoga fun and accessible for every type of body. She is a 200hr registered yoga teacher (RYT) graduate from Yoga Well in San Diego and after relocating from California in 2011, she completed her prenatal teacher training (RPYT) at Charm City Yoga in Baltimore. In August 2013, Mary K. had the opportunity to train with California based Paddle Board Bliss and hasn’t looked back since.
BeachBee Yoga has been several years in the making and it is with great excitement and a grateful heart that we invite you to unroll your mat with us or grab a paddle and jump in the water for an experience you won’t forget!
