“Do you want to get in shape for the SUP season? Do you want to participate in the Bay Bridge Paddle? We have what you need. A cross conditioning fitness program including dry land and water workouts. We will work on preparing your body for the race/paddle season as well as teaching you paddle techniques. If you are interested, contact me today for more details! We are trying to get interested generated and begin dry land workouts in March/April.”
